The PLN2800 is an industrial-grade system designed to perform both unwinding and folding operations for HDPE and LDPE film materials ranging from 500 to 2800 mm in width. Compatible with single-layer films between 10 and 70 microns, it offers a highly efficient solution for wide-format film processing needs.
Equipped with an ultrasonic fork sensor, the edge control system ensures precise film alignment. The integrated tension control unit, supported by an electromagnetic brake and load cell, delivers stable and accurate operation. Waste edge trimming is managed through an adjustable air-blowing system. The machine also features an air shaft and safety lock mechanism, ensuring secure and user-friendly handling.
